Oscar winning actress Jodie Foster had another woman lined up when she and her partner of 14 years, Cydney Bernard called it quits. Foster, 45, met and fell for screenwriter Cynthia Mort, 51, on the set of the vigilante flick, The Brave One in 2007 and has been seeing her ever since, according to a report by The National Enquirer.

Mehdi Kazemi, the 20-year-old gay Iranian, who has been trying to get asylum in the UK for two years, has been granted permission to stay in the United Kingdom. Simon Hughes, the Liberal Democrat MP, said last night that he was 'delighted' by the decision of the Home Office that Kazemi could stay in the United Kingdom.

Hillary Clinton celebrated victory in the Kentucky Democratic primary on Tuesday evening, declaring that she will continue to go 'toe to toe' with rival Barack Obama in the battle to claim the White House in November. New York Senator Hillary Clinton has taken victory in the Kentucky Democratic primary on Tuesday as expected, with Illinois Senator Barack Obama on track to win in the Oregon primary results. Senator Ted Kennedy Diagnosed with Malignant Brain Tumor
Massachusetts Senator Edward ‘Ted’ Kennedy has been diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor, according to a statement released by his doctors on Tuesday. Kennedy was admitted to the hospital over the weekend after suffering a seizure. Doctors said preliminary results from a brain biopsy show the senator has a 'malignant glioma in the left parietal lobe.' Although this type of brain cancer can be treated with surgery, radiation and chemotherapy, the long-term survival rate is not favorable. [more]
Lindsay Lohan Slapped with Lawsuit Over Stolen Fur Coat
The fur is flying between Lindsay Lohan and a Columbia University student who slapped Lohan with a lawsuit for allegedly stealing her grandmother’s fur coat from a Manhattan night club. Masha Markova is suing Lohan for damages over an $11,000 fur coat and family heirloom that belonged to her grandmother, which she said disappeared during a private party at 10ak nightclub in January where Lohan was a guest.
