Massachusetts Senator Edward ‘Ted’ Kennedy has been diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor, according to a statement released by his doctors on Tuesday. Kennedy was admitted to the hospital over the weekend after suffering a seizure. Doctors said preliminary results from a brain biopsy show the senator has a 'malignant glioma in the left parietal lobe.' Although this type of brain cancer can be treated with surgery, radiation and chemotherapy, the long-term survival rate is not favorable. [more]
The fur is flying between Lindsay Lohan and a Columbia University student who slapped Lohan with a lawsuit for allegedly stealing her grandmother’s fur coat from a Manhattan night club. Masha Markova is suing Lohan for damages over an $11,000 fur coat and family heirloom that belonged to her grandmother, which she said disappeared during a private party at 10ak nightclub in January where Lohan was a guest.
